Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha (MPSP)

महाराष्ट्र प्रज्ञा शोध परीक्षा (एमपीएसपी) हा मुंबई येथे श्री समर्थ शैक्षणिक संस्था यांनी हाती घेतलेला एक अनोखा प्रकल्प आहे. ही एक खासगी संस्था आहे आणि
जसे की महाराष्ट्र सरकारच्या कोणत्याही प्रकल्प किंवा योजनेशी संबंधित नाही. नावात महाराष्ट्र हा शब्द जोडला गेल्याने सर्वसामान्य लोक चुकून महाराष्ट्र शासनाने 
घेतलेल्या शिष्यवृत्ती परीक्षा म्हणून विचार करतात. तथापि ही परीक्षा महाराष्ट्रातील विद्यार्थ्यांमध्ये लोकप्रिय आहे. विद्यार्थी / पालकांना कित्येक अडचणी येत आहेत;

(i) कोणताही फोन / मोबाईल संपर्क क्रमांक प्रदान केलेला नाही - म्हणून विद्यार्थी / पालक (त्यापैकी बहुतेक पूर्णपणे साक्षर नाहीत) त्यांना कोणतेही सहकार्य 
किंवा मार्गदर्शन मिळत नाही.
(ii) श्री समर्थ शिक्षण संस्था द्वारा कोणतेही योग्य प्रशिक्षण दिले जात नाही
(iii) एमपीएसपीच्या संकेतस्थळावरील Study Material (अभ्यास साहित्य) मेनू सक्रिय नाही.एमपीएसपीसाठी तयारी करणार्या उमेदवारांसाठी अभ्यास 
सामग्री उपलब्ध नाही.
(iv) परीक्षा अर्ज फक्त आणि फक्त शाळेद्वारे सादर करायचा आहे. विद्यार्थी स्वतंत्रपणे परीक्षेसाठी अर्ज करू शकत नाही. 
(v) सर्व शाळा श्री समर्थ शिक्षणिक संस्थेच्या यादीत नाहीत. शालेय अधिकारीदेखील ऑर्गनायझर्सशी सहज संपर्क साधू शकत नाहीत. 
(vi) महाराष्ट्र राज्य बोर्ड व्यतिरिक्त इतर विद्यार्थ्यांना ही परीक्षा घेण्यास परवानगी नाही. 
(vii) परीक्षा फक्त मराठी, इंग्रजी आणि अर्ध-इंग्रजी माध्यमात घेतली जाते जेणेकरून इतर माध्यमिकांकडे दुर्लक्ष केले जाते.

या परीक्षेतील प्रश्नांची गुणवत्ता आणि दर्जा खूप चांगले आहे. हे पूर्व-शिष्यवृत्ती परीक्षा Std. II, III, IV, VI आणि Std. VII साठी आहे जे Std. V आणि
Std. VIII साठी घेण्यात आलेल्या शिष्यवृत्ती परीक्षेचा आधार तयार करण्याचे उद्दीष्ट आहे. केंद्राच्या वाटप व समन्वयकांच्या उपलब्धतेनुसार ही परीक्षा प्रत्येक 
जिल्ह्यात घेतली जाते. प्रत्येक वर्षाच्या जानेवारी महिन्यात तिसर्‍या रविवारी परीक्षा घेण्यात येते. प्रत्येक सहभागी शाळांना वेळोवेळी परीक्षेची तारीख व वेळापत्रक 
जाहीर केले जाते.

एमपीएसपी परीक्षेची पात्रता

एस.एस.सी. असलेल्या कोणत्याही मान्यताप्राप्त शाळेचे इयत्ता II, III, IV, VI आणि VII.

एमपीएसपी परीक्षेची वय मर्यादा

इयत्ता II साठी: वयाच्या 7 वर्षांपर्यंत

इयत्ता तिसरासाठी: वयाच्या 8 वर्षांपर्यंत

इयत्ता चौथीसाठी: वयाच्या 9 वर्षांपर्यंत

इयत्ता सहावीसाठी: वयाच्या 11 वर्षांपर्यंत

इयत्ता आठवीसाठी: वयाच्या 12 वर्षांपर्यंत

• सन २०२०-२१ शैक्षणिक वर्षात घेण्यात येणा MP्या एमपीएसपीच्या विजेत्यांना पुढील पुरस्कार प्रदान केले जातील.

• पुरस्कार / शाळा – विद्यार्थी प्रत्येक मेरिट होल्डर एका परीक्षेसाठी एका पुरस्कारास पात्र ठरेल.

• विजेत्यांना फक्त उच्च स्तरावरील पुरस्काराचा हक्क असेल.

Introduction

Maharashtra Pradnya Shodh Pariksha (MPSP) is a unique project undertaken by Shree Samarth Shaikshanik Sanstha located in Mumbai. It is a private organisation and as such not connected / related to any project or scheme of Government of Maharashtra. As the word Maharashtra is added to the name, the general public erroneously consider it as a scholarship exam conducted by Government of Maharashtra. However this exam is popular among the students in Maharashtra. Few of the difficulties faced by the students / parents are;

(i) No phone / mobile contact number is provided – So students / parents (most of them are not fully literate) don’t get any assistance or guidance.

(ii) No proper training or coaching is provided by Shree Samarth Shikshanik Sanstha

(iii) Study Material menu at the website of MPSP is not active. No study material is made available to the candidates aspiring to appear for MPSP

(iv) Exam application form is to be submitted only and only through school. Student can’t apply for the exam individually.

(v) Not all the schools are on the list of Shree Samarth Shikshanik Sanstha. Even school authorities are not able to contact the organisors easily.

(vi) Students other than State Board are not allowed to take this exam.

(vii) Exam is conducted only in Marathi, English and Semi-English medium so students from other medium are neglected.

The quality and standard of the questions in this Exam are very good. It is a Pre-Scholarship exam for Std. II, III, IV, VI and Std. VII. The aim is to create a base of scholarship exams held for Std. V and Std. VIII. This exams is held in each district as per the allocation of centers and availability of co-ordinators. The exam is held on the third Sunday in the month of January in each year. The date of examination and the time table is declared from time to time to each participating schools.
